Julie Stafford - Administration Assistant
Julie’s goal is to bring quality patient care and customer service to the health industry, providing a reception desk with a friendly face, who wants to help. The waiting room is welcoming and tidy, the magazines fresh, current and interesting and the Doctor running on time!
Julie has Office Administration / Customer service experience within the Mining and Construction Industry. She also has experience as a Medical Receptionist at one of the major X-Ray clinics in the Illawarra region.
Her main focus is on customer/patient service and ensuring that the expectations of patients, as well as our referring doctors, are met and exceeded.
Julie strives for a harmonious, happy workplace where both patients and co-workers feel comfortable.

- – 25 Years Office Administration experience at various construction and mining engineering companies in the Illawarra. Duties include: reception, customer and supplier liaison, staff management, liaising with the OH&S co-ordinator, payroll and document control.
