We understand that people have busy lives and try our very best to stay on schedule, to minimize your waiting. However, the nature of the work means emergencies do arise and from time to time, consultations occasionally take longer then expected. We will make every effort to contact you if we are running behind schedule.

Consultation

When you attend your first consultation, please bring with you all letters, x-rays etc from your referring dentist or doctor. The referral letter is required to enable you to claim any treatment from your private health fund and/or Medicare.

Please download and complete the Patient registration form and bring it with you to your consultation.

Payment

Payment is to be made at the time of consultation. For your convenience we accept cash, cheques, Visa Card and Master Card. EFTPOS facilities are available.
